Pealinna fricadels 350g

Those fricadels again. Where did the ordinary meatballs go? One would think that this fancy-sounding word was invented by the Three Jolly Fellows (Naksitrallid), or at least Karlsson on the Roof, who was very fond of meatballs. Actually, frikadellen means “meatball” in Danish, and that’s where we got it from. After all, the fancier it sounds, the better it tastes. The secret to the good taste of our fricadels is 30% pork, 30% beef and a cleverly chosen seasoning mix. There is no space in the recipe for preservatives or other E-substances.
