PEALINNA MINIFRICADELS 1kg

As mentioned earlier, we have borrowed the word frikadellen from Danish, where it means “meatball”. Had we gone ahead with the loan rally, our minifricadels would now be called Lille Frikadeller . However, the loaning lasts like wildfire, so we put on the brakes and simply called our smaller fricadels minifricadels. Why exaggerate? The size is smaller, but the recipe is exactly the same as the regular Pealinna fricadels: 30% pork, 30% beef and a cleverly chosen seasoning mix. There is no space in the recipe for preservatives or other E-substances.
